Antonio Brown is a one-man news machine. An editor’s dream. A non-stop story.
Wednesday was no exception when the Raiders’ controversial receiver blew up the Internet by posting a letter sent to him by team GM Mike Mayock, detailing the various fines he received for skipping practice over the summer.
All told, Brown paid nearly $54,000 for skipping work. But maybe it’s worth it, considering he signed for $50 million, over three seasons, in the offseason.
All this while HBO’s “Hard Knocks” cameras rolled, cranking up the spotlight exponentially. Something tells us Brown doesn’t mind the attention. Just look at what they’re saying on Twitter? You couldn’t avoid the commentary. Here’s Chronicle beat writer Matt Kawahara’s take on the situation:

Thankfully this whole situation ended with the Raiders releasing Antonio Brown.
